My experience covers a broad and comprehensive range of public sector, private sector and academic related work. This includes advice at a strategic and individual local level to Local Authority Managers, Development Companies, individuals and academic institutions. I have advised individuals and companies on the multifarious aspects of planning and related development. The scope of my work ranges from large scale mixed use town centre development to house extensions. I offer bespoke planning advice to meet the individual needs of the respective client and site context with a focus on problem solving. My background in property economics gives me a particular understanding of the many complex issues involved in urban regeneration projects.
I have been involved in orchestrating the planning applications, environmental impact statements and appeal strategy, orchestrating the Master Plan and Urban Design strategy, preparation of development plans, socio-economic impact and retail impact statements, advising on judicial review and enforcement, advocacy and statutory procedures where relevant a wide range of developments from large scale commercial to individual residential.
