Sushi Rice Safety: Following the inspection, we immediately purchased a new digital pH meter. We now record daily pH levels of 4.2 for our sushi rice, ensuring full safety and compliance.   Allergen Labelling: We have updated all labels to ensure 'Salmon' is explicitly identified as 'Fish' and all allergen information remains highlighted in bold.
